Welcome to Crockeri. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crockeri website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of forming a legally binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and finishes as accurately as possible. Because much of our crockery is hand-finished, small variations in colour, glaze, size, and texture are natural and are not defects — they are part of the character of the piece. Product images are for illustration and the item you receive may differ slightly.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors; if a product's correct price is higher than the price shown at checkout, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement, which confirms we have received it but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid for that order.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Crockeri does not store your full card details. Orders are processed once payment is authorised.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the areas listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delivery depends on third-party couriers. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any transit damage promptly (see Returns below).

8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We want you to love your tableware. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

• Damaged or faulty items: If an item arrives broken or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• Change of mind: Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 7–14 business days of us receiving the returned goods.
• Non-returnable items: Custom, personalised, or clearance items may not be eligible for return except where faulty.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our Returns process applies.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Crockeri and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using the site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage Crockeri or other users.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crockeri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

14. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan.
